    Small business owners are encouraged to attend this workshop intended to shed light on the work of marketing and advertising. An expert in the field will explain what information is needed for a quality advertising campaign, how much advertising will cost, how to evaluate the effectiveness of your advertising dollar, and how to select an advertising agency to meet the needs of your business. A member of The City Library's Community Affairs staff will be on hand to talk about the library's promotional efforts, as well.
