Bring your favorite teddy friend to Hogle Zoo for our new event for 2008, Teddy Bear Picnic! Kids who bring their teddy bear along with them to the Zoo will get a special coupon at the gate good for a discount on our special picnic lunch at the new Oasis Café. Teddy bear stations will be on grounds with extra buttons and bows to make bears look brand new again. While fixing up your bear, have a talk with our animal veterinary staff and learn all about how they keep our animals healthy. Watch our black bears play with enrichment items, then meet our bear keepers to learn all about these amazing creatures.

    I went last year with my children and we all had fun. This is a great idea and I plan on attending every year. The only upset was I thought activities were exclusive to those who wore the shirts but... Expand

The only upset was I thought activities were exclusive to those who wore the shirts but instead found myself waiting in line for "exclusive" activities behind non-shirt purchasers. Collapse
