    'Better Living Thru Bad Cinema' sums up the Bicknell International Film Festival (BIFF). This themed film festival includes the world's fastest parade, movie screenings, a mutton 'n taters lunch, parties and a swap meet! Held in the tiny south-central Utah town of Bicknell, this year's BIFF will feature 'Wild, Wild Worst' bad, B-Westerns. Friday night following the screening, the 'Party of the Stars' will take place at the Cafe Diablo on the west side of Torrey. Musical pals 'Sister Wives' will rock the Diablo! The BIFF 'It's a Wrap Party' featuring musical guests (to be announced) will be held at the Rim Rock Inn and Restaurant in Torrey following the movie.
