Art Access Gallery is pleased to host V. Kim Martinez's Mujures de Colores. Martinez's colorful oil paintings on aluminum will fill the gallery with an abundance of energy representing both female power and fragility. Martinez reminds viewers that these large (4'x4') paintings are her attempts to reconstruct personas from her fragmented memory, and to determine the affects that Mujeries experiences and insights have had on society. Additional Information: An Artists' Reception will be held on Friday, September 19, 2008 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.

    I have seen exhibits by this expressive artist before. She will leave you wanting more. I love her bold use of colors and graphic themes. You will need to see this exhibit and become a believer
