Of course you have talent! Boys and girls! Participate in your classroom, grade level, and school talent shows. Magicians use storytelling called "patter" to make ordinary tricks truly magical and spell-binding! Carol Esterreicher is a member of the International
Brotherhood of Magicians and the Intermountain Magician's Assembly. She also belongs to the Utah Storytelling Guild. Cub Scouts who earn elective credits by exploring magic as entertainment, have attended Carol's "Story Plus! Magic You Can Do" programs frequently scheduled in Salt Lake County Libraries. During Scout-o-Rama 2008, Bear Cubs pack 4444 had a magic booth!

In this workshop, Carol will teach you how to collect and use props, music, lighting, displays, and storytelling to enhance your performance! Learn how to explore your library resources (books and music). Enjoy some magic. Take home information to get you started.
