Sue Martin will show you how to use a layered underpainting to add depth, texture, and dimension to mixed water media paintings. Sue uses multicolored underpainting in many of her wonderful works at Art at the Main.
This is part of the Summer Art Demonstrations presented by the Art at the Main gallery.
All the demonstrations will take place on Saturday afternoons outside the doors of Art at the Main, in the Urban Room of the Salt Lake City Main Library.
All demonstrations are free and no reservation is required. Just show up, watch, and ask lots of questions. This is a great opportunity to learn a new art technique from accomplished artists.
