    Jonathan Duncan, nationally acclaimed photojournalist, will teach a Seminar of 4 consecutive Friday Sessions on August 6rh, 13th, 20th and 27th in room 320 of the Dolores Dore Eccles Health, Wellness, and Athletic Center at Westminster College. Using Utah's mountains as a beautiful backdrop, students will learn international and mountain photojournalism basics. Participants will receive an overview of the technical and cultural evolution of the art form and photojournalism's role in mass media today , as well as to learn technique, composition, lighting, vision, and story telling.  Students must bring a digital camera.

    Duncan, Westminster’s Global Studies Fellow, is an award-winning photojournalist, lecturer and environmental advocate. For the past 15 years, he has explored the world, while studying and documenting our planet’s wild places, cultural traditions and environmental issues in over 30 countries on five continents, including our most fragile and isolated environments.
