Master Djembe Drummer Zinse Agginie to Lead Workshop and Public Drum Circle at Utah Cultural Celebration Center

A resident of Little Rock, Arkansas, Zinse has been playing the African Djembe drum for most of his life. He is currently visiting Utah as an Artist-in-Residence with the Utah Arts Council. Though his schedule this month is quite full with educational programs, he has made time to join us once again at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center. Educational workshops will be offered for student and afterschool groups throughout the afternoon, followed by the public drum circle from 7 – 9 p.m. Bring the kids and join the circle!
