    The Westminster College community will ring in the new year by celebrating a variety of events in January honoring Martin Luther King, Jr. As a strong advocate of both diversity and service learning, Westminster College will provide students and the public with opportunities to participate in activities that promote education and discussion of diversity and the Civil Rights Movement.

    A listing of Westminster’s MLK events includes:
    January 14, 7:00 p.m.: Film Screening of After Innocence / Gore Auditorium in the Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business / Event is free and open to the public.

    January 19, 1:00 p.m.: MLK Day Service Projects / Diversity and International Center

    January 19, 3:45 p.m.: MLK Day March / Westminster main circle / Event is free and open to the public.

    January 22, 7:30 p.m.: The Innocence Project: Race, Class and the Justice System Panel Discussion / Vieve Gore Concert Hall in the Emma Eccles Jones Conservatory / Event is free and open to the public.

    January 23, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.: Follow-up Brunch Discussion on the Innocence Project / Foster Faculty Lounge / Event is free and open to the public.
