When is the last time you heard a trombone concerto? Maestro Joseph Silverstein and Principal Trombone Larry Zalkind are among the most respected artists ever associated with the Utah Symphony. Hear them collaborate on a program that includes Sibelius' most popular symphony. Also on the program are Ludwig van Beethoven's Overture to Egmont, Christopher Rouse's Trombone Concerto and Jean Sibelius' Symphony No. 2 in D major, Op. 43. 30 Seconds Join guest conductor and former Music Director of the Utah Symphony Joseph Silverstein as he returns to Abravanel Hall to lead the Utah Symphony in the final concert of the 2007-2008 season.
