Add Review/CommentEach year, 150 members of the blind and visually-impaired community are invited to a special outreach event at the Wednesday evening dress rehearsal of our May opera. Education Director, Paula Fowler, will talk to the group about the opera, passes around prepared fabric samples of costumes (with Braille labels), and shares information about the set. Braille supertitles and large print programs are available, as well as headsets through which a play-by-play description of stage action is broadcast from our translator's booth. Important Information: This exciting event is offered free of charge to persons with visual impairment, plus one driver. Reservations by May 4, 2008 are required. Space is limited.
