The Days of '47 KSL 5 Parade

This spectacular parade is one of the largest and oldest in the United States. Colorful floats, bands, horses, clowns and other entries thrill tens of thousands of spectators each year. Many parade-goers camp out on the streets the night before just to ensure a great vantage point to catch it all. The parade begins at South Temple and State Street, then marches east to 200 East, south to 900 South and then east to Liberty Park. A limited number of bleacher seat tickets will be available beginning June 16, 2009 for $7 at the Daughters of Utah Pioneers Museum. Bleachers are located on the east side of 200 East between 400 South and 500 South.
