Yep! Live actors bring current science to life! Don't miss your chance to experience the thrill of a dinosaur dig site from the comfort of the Dinosaur Discovery Hall! The Sands of Time is the second production of the Museum's Natural History Now! Theatre project. The program uses actors in short plays to enhance and interpret our exhibits, making the museum visit more fun for everyone. Join the adventure as two paleontologists uncover the mysteries of fossils in The Sands of Time, a short play by Tim Cope. Follow paleontologists Summer and Aaron to their dinosaur dig site. As they go about their daily business, they teach us about the basics of fossils, the ins and outs of fossil hunting, and even the history of the study of ancient life! The play including a trip back in time to witness the famous feud between bone hunters Cope and Marsh. Guaranteed to be a rockin' good time for all!
