    A gallery celebrates its 25th Anniversary this summer and will be holding a special exhibition for the occasion. 'A' gallery and its sister companies 'Frames Incorporated' and 'Studio A' developed from the visions and efforts of owner Greg Rogler and artist Brent Godfrey. Greg visited Utah for the 1st time in 1983 as a young ski tourist. Within months he moved his fledgling art and framing business from Portland, Oregon to Salt Lake City. Living in a tiny apartment behind the shop, he put everything he had into getting his venture off the ground. Greg's exceptional eye for color and design, his inexhaustible work ethic and unprecedented customer service lead to a fast growing stream of devoted clients. Designers, home owners and business people appreciated his architectural knowledge and artistic savvy as well as his easy going manner, consistent follow-through and scrupulous honesty. In 1986 Greg met local artist Brent Godfrey. Brent was knowledgeable, creative and skillful, with an energy level and work ethic that kept pace with Greg's. He had vision and business acumen that were both complimentary and challenging to Greg, pushing horizons and exposing possibilities. A partnership developed, molding the small business into one of Utah's most successful and respected fine art institutions. In 2003 'A' gallery built a 10,000 square foot space to showcase its ever-growing selection of art. Landscapes, figures and abstract paintings by hundreds of emerging and established artists are now featured in the award winning gallery. The courtyard sculpture garden features local and nationally prominent sculptors and studio 'a' offers a beautiful collection of fine glass, ceramics and other three dimensional works.
