The 2009 Helper Arts and Music Festival is held in Helper Utah's historic Downtown August 14-16 2009 with exhibition all three days. Festival features: Art Booths, Food Booths, 5k race, Gallery Stroll, Sculpting & Painting Competition Children's Activity Yard and Music.

Last year's Helper Arts Festival was a lot of fun, with activities for children and adults, great food and interesting exhibits.
