International Awareness Day Celebration

International Awareness Day is celebrated around the world in 26 countries to promote the health-improving qualities of Taoist Tai Chi Society internal arts of health. The slow, gentle turning and stretching movements are designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance. People of all ages and levels of health can benefit from regular practice of tai chi.
