Despite the fact that Utah has incredible rivers, many of which are internationally known (including the Virgin, Green and Colorado Rivers), none are currently protected under the 40-year-old federal Wild and Scenic Rivers Act. Join Mark Danenhauer of the Utah Rivers Council as he discusses the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act and takes attendees on a brief tour of Utah's best candidates for protection. He will provide the most updated information on the exciting activities happening in Utah that may lead to the state's first Wild and Scenic Rivers!
