John Sproul's richly textured and subtly realized paintings feature universal figures exploring the aspects of existence often overlooked by society. Through his creative process, Sproul removes layers from the facade to reveal a deeper reality behind the surface of our existence. A graduate of the University of Utah, Sproul has exhibited in galleries, museums and art centers throughout Utah and California.
