Add Review/CommentLiquid Assets, Produced by the Penn State Public Broadcasting Department explores the history, engineering challenges, maintenance and neglect of our nation's water infrastructure. These systems, some in the ground for more than 100 years have not been maintained, and some estimates suggest this is the single largest public works endeavor in our nation's history. Run time 90 minutes. Panel discussion following the film.
