Please join the Virginia Tanner Dance Program for the Children's Dance Theatre's spring concert, Coming Home: Celebrating Our Roots, Strengthening Our Wings. This concert commemorates the sixtieth anniversary of the Children's Dance Theatre and the seventy-second year of the Virginia Tanner Dance Program, where the program strives to create worthwhile human beings one dancer at a time. This year's concert is not based on a book or story in the traditional sense; rather, it witnesses the journey of a child growing up in the Tanner Program as the dances unfold. The event will also honor Virginia Tanner, a pioneer in children's dance and art, through dances that celebrate roots and heritage.
