    Led by an Ogden Nature Center educator, Wild Wednesdays are informal programs that teach about the full ecology of the Wasatch Front. Reservations are not required and drop-ins are always welcome. March 4th Hiding Habitats with April Phillips Guided Habitat Walk --Meet Sampson the Red-tail Hawk and learn about the places he calls home. Then venture out on the Nature Center's trails to look for signs of wildlife and discuss what happens to animals and plants as winter turns into spring. March 11th Whooo Eats Whom with William Pollett Learn about predator prey relationships with Chitters the Great-horned Owl. Meet Chitters in person and get an up-close look at skulls, pelts, teeth, and more while learning about the traits that help animals survive in the wild. March 18th Going Green is a special St. Patrick's Day program with April Phillips Green is the theme for our St. Patrick's Day program. Get your green on and discover why so many things in nature are the color green. March 25th: Endangered in Utah with William Pollett With the help of Des Ta Te the Bald Eagle and Laser the Desert Tortoise, discover what it means to be an endangered species. Learn what causes animals and plants to become endangered and go extinct. Then learn what you can do to help.
