Weber State University Department of Performing Arts presents the Weber State Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Dr. Michael Palumbo, in the annual Concerto Night. Six student soloists, chosen by audition will be featured on this concert. Gabrielle Cox, violin, will perform the first movement of Kabalevsky's Violin Concerto in C flutist Jana Garner will play Howard Hanson's Serenade for Flute, Strings, and Harp Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini will be performed by pianist Fan-Ya Lin Austin Packer, cello will play the first movement of Kabalevsky's Cello Concerto in G Soprano Kimberly Waite will sing So anch'io la virtu magica from Don Pasquale by Donizetti violinist Moriah Wilhelm will play the first movement of Prokofiev's Violin Concerto No. 2 in g.
