Earth Day

As colleges and universities throughout the country participate in environmental activities this week, Westminster College will host its annual Earth Day celebration. Some of the green activities that will take place include campaign for campus paper reduction, Chemical Club plant sale, introduction of the environmental studies major, community food co-op sign-up, reusable mug sale and continuing promotion of the free Westminster Wheels bike program. In addition to the internal activities, there will be a special presentation with local organic farmers and producers who will be bringing organic cheeses to taste.
