Local Fare in the Field Dinner

The Ogden Nature Center is pairing rustic dining with the environment of its beautiful summer field by offering its first-ever, Local Fare in the Field Dinner. This event will feature food grown on local farms and prepared by local chef Arlan Gagestein, of Peddlers Catering. Connecting diners to the land and the origins of their food, this dinner will honor local farmers and artisans. Participants are asked to bring your own plate! Plates from home will cultivate stories around the dinner table and save the cost of rented dishes and the use of paper products. Your plate will be rinsed clean and returned by the end of the evening! This dinner is for adults only and is being offered in conjunction with the Eric Bibb concert. First choice parking and concert seating will be given to participants.
