Intermezzo's mission is to keep the art of chamber music thriving in the community by bringing together Utah audiences and the internationally acclaimed musicians of Intermezzo. Intermezzo Chamber Music Series is funded in part by grants from the Utah Arts Council and the Salt Lake City Arts Council. Additional funding is provided by the Salt Lake County Zoo, Arts and Parks Program. The 2009 season concert schedule includes: July 13 - Concert I: Songs Without Securitization July 20 - Concert II: Subprime Trout July 27 - Concert III: The Cembolum of Our Times August 3 - Concert IV: Viennese Recapitalization August 10 - Concert V: Season Foreclosure
