Enjoy a fabulous evening outdoors and help raise funds for the Ogden Nature Center and its many programs at the 24th Annual Wildwoods BASH. This fun, casual event is held in the glen behind the Visitor Center. The evening will include local cuisine, foxy music by the Keipp Quartet and an auction of gotta-have gear, nature art, must-do outdoor experiences and other nature-related items. This year's auction will include: original wildlife art by local artist Jerry Hancock accommodations for four at a private home in Jekyll Island, Georgia flying lesson at the Ogden airport, hand-knit scarves and jewelry by local artists, over night stay for a party of up to 12 people at Ogden Nature Center's tree house, outdoor adventures both far away and close to home, awesome outdoor gear by Patagonia. Dinner is catered and donated by local chef, Pete Buttschardt from Roosters Brewing Company, along with help from The Artisan Grille, Bistro 258, City Club, Grounds for Coffee, Maddox, Peddlers Catering, Sandy¹s Fine Foods, Sonora Grill, and Union Grill. All proceeds from the Wildwoods BASH support the Ogden Nature Center's award-winning environmental education programs for school children, nature programs for the community and two beautiful, nature preserves, totaling over 175 acres of open space in Ogden.
