Bring your bib and fork for the 8th annual Rock n Ribs BBQ competition at the Gallivan Center Saturday. Sample the best BBQ vendors is SLC, see BBQ cooking demos play in our kids zone, and listen to live local bands all day like Kalai, Opal Hill Drive, Cameron Rafati and Legendary Porch Pounders. Don't miss meeting this years BBQ winner and be sure to bring your appetite!

      We enjoyed the whole festival but the stand out weas the band "OPAL HILL DRIVE" it was great to hear classic rock style of song and have them be new songs!! They are definitely a up and coming Utah... Expand
