Concerto soloist's Anastasia Gliadkovsky, Sarah Sun, JessiKate Riley, plus music by John Williams including Summon the Heroes. In Jubilo women's choir will also be performing.

      If you have not yet had an opportunity to hear one of the finest treasures of Southern Utah, this is the season to make it happen. The Orchestra of Southern Utah is back for their 2009-2010 season in fabulous form. Starting out the season with the annual Talent Showcase, the OSU has risen the bar and set a new standard for themselves. Featuring the talent of young artists, local performing ensembles and the OSU under the direction of Maestro Xun Sun, this truly was an unexpected treat for this long time music fan. Each year I am amazed at the caliber of musicians that crawl out of the canyons to offer their talents to the community. This truly is "America's Community Orchestra. For those who do not know of Cedar City, this is a great way to get acquainted with our little town. For those who reside here and have not yet taken part, don't miss another opportunity. And for all, please support fine arts in you local communities. Much love to all who give. Collapse
