Big Louie Alto is celebrating his anniversary as the head of the Altos 'family enterprise,' and all of his friends -- and possibly a few enemies -- are at the party. By his side are the lovely-but-deadly Scarlet Smith and his sweet innocent daughter, Luccia. Jonnie Darling, Big Louie's chauffeur, also has found a place at Big Louie's table, but Big Louie's nephew, Spats Alto, wants to take away his chair. And then there's Vicci Vex, who sings like a nightingale and was discovered by Big Louie in a nightclub. She'll be entertaining the family with Big Louie's favorite numbers. Rumor has it that he intends to announce his successor at the party and everyone is secretly clamoring for the honor.
