The School of the Arts and the College of Science and Health at Utah Valley University are teaming up with Outback Steakhouse to host a luncheon in honor of Lucille Stoddard as she retires from the Utah State Office of Higher Education, all proceeds from the event will be donated to the Lucille T. Stoddard Scholarship.
