Karlyn Bond is professor of piano at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Bond was one of two national winners of the Jacob Javits Fellowship for study in the performing arts when she graduated from Walla Walla College in 1989. She subsequently completed a M.Mus. Perf. and D.M.A. degrees at the University of Southern California. She frequently performs as a soloist and with her sister, Kori, also a pianist, who serves as a member of the music faculty at Idaho State University.
