Some of you may remember Charles Holt's one-man performance of Black Boy from January 2005. For this year's performance, he combines discussion and song to highlight the ways that music has historically served as a tool for those with no to little political voice. Holt's presentation spans the 20th Century; and for you Marvin Gaye fans, he notes that he's heavy on the 1960's.
