The Weber State University Department of Performing Arts presents the Weber State University Concert Choir and Chamber Choir in concert in the Austad Auditorium, Val A. Browning Center for the Performing Arts. The choirs are directed by Dr. Mark Henderson. The program will feature the premiere of a set of works called "Song of Innocence and Experience," based on poems by William Blake (Holy Thursday, The Garden of Love, and The Chimney Sweeper.) with music composed by Henderson. They will also be performing the "Kyrie" from Bruckner's "E Minor Mass." Guest artist, Dr. David Akombo, will conduct the choirs for "Vamuvamba," a Kenyan folk song with percussion.
