Friends of Friends: a look at contemporary works on and of paper an exhibition featuring 20 local, national, and international artists that surveys contemporary art using paper as a medium and/or surface. It includes several prominent young artists who have been featured in important arts publications and exhibitions worldwide, including Artforum, ARTnews, XLR8R, Modern Painters, Juxtapose, the Moscow Biennale, Uncertain States of America: American Art in the 3rd Millennium traveling exhibition, Art Basel Miami Beach, and more. They are collected and desired, and have been the recipients of prestigious grants, awards, and residencies around the world.
