    Amos Guiora, a Professor of Law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah and a Research Fellow at the International Institute on Counter-Terrorism, is an expert on legal aspects of counterterrorism, terror financing, international law, and morality in armed conflict. He is the author of Freedom from Religion: Rights and National Security, a book that is dedicated to Anne Frank and will be sold at the lecture.
