The Choral Arts Society of Utah will join forces with the Utah National Guard 23rd Army Band for a rousing salute to our men and women in Uniform. The concert will feature your favorite military marches, and the Stars and Stripes Forever, with the band, choir and a fireworks display. The 23rd Army Band Rock Band will also be featured in a medley of tunes saluting American Heroes. Speakers will include Mayor Dan Snarr of Murray City, and Major General Brian L. Tarbet, The Adjutant General, Utah National Guard. The 23rd Army Band has a rich and wonderful history as an internationally renowned Military Band of the highest caliber. Organized in 1924 to provide music for military ceremonies, the Band performed twice at the prestigious Worldwide Bandmasters Conference in Norfolk, VA., and was invited by the Mayor of St.
