Sixth Annual Fiesta!

Bring the family and enjoy the Fiesta!, highlighted by traditional Mexican music, dance, Aztec ritual performances, food and the ceremonial lighting of the Olmec head and fireworks. Along with stemmed rose giveaways there will be ongoing games of the popular La Loter?a (with prizes!), paper flower making, beading stringing and other children's activities, including pi?ata breaking. Two competitions for prizes will be held, one for the best "sing along" with Utah's greatest mariachi group, Sol de Jalisco, and another for the best dance couple (a dance workshop for first-timers will be offered by Salsa Passion Dance Academy). Imported arts and crafts from Mexico will be for sale in the Una Mano Amiga sponsored Mercado, with funds supporting health needs of children in Mexico.
