    Brian Stokes Mitchell

Dubbed "the last leading man" by The New York Times, Tony Award Winner Brian Stokes Mitchell sings Broadway standards and classics from the American songbook. A consummate actor and musician, he created the role of Coalhouse Walker Jr. in the original cast of Ragtime. Other Broadway roles include the starring role of Don Quixote in Man of La Mancha, Fred Graham/Petruchio in Kiss Me, Kate, and Jelly's Last Jam (replacing Gregory Hines). Local audiences recognize him as the guest soloist for the Mormon Tabernacle Choir's annual Christmas concert in Salt Lake City in 2008.
