Farm City author Novella Carpenter created a farm plot in her urban Oakland neighborhood, complete with a garden, a beehive, and two three-hundred-pound pigs. Come see her at the Main Library Auditorium to hear her witty tale of becoming an urban farmer and tips on how we can bring farming to Salt Lake City.
