Live history through the eyes of a young Black Mormon pioneer woman. Jane Elizabeth Manning James led her family of 9 on foot from Buffalo, New York to Nauvoo, Illinois to follow the prophet Joseph Smith. Throughout her life, Sister Jane's faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ never failed, even through historical limitations from her race and gender. You'll laugh out loud, cry, and probably even sing along with the cast during this charming story.
