Gardening is a wonderful way to connect with your environment and where your food comes from, but if you don't know what to do with your produce it can go bad very quickly. Come join Wasatch Community Gardens along with presenter Jane Jensen to learn about how to properly process and store your food, so it can last through the season. They will be learning how to properly put away and store their veggies so they will continue to offer you delicious nutritious meals long after their gardens are done producing.
