Theatre-goers, young and old, will take off on a whirlwind adventure in turn-of-the century New York when the Herriman Arts Council presents "Hello Dolly," the 2010 Herriman Arts in the Park feature production. The Tony award-winning show features one of the most beloved characters of the musical stage, the irrepressible Dolly Levi, a cunning matchmaker who is hired to arrange a marriage for the miserly half-millionaire Horace Vandergelder. Through such joyful tunes as "Put on Your Sunday Clothes," "It Only Takes a Moment," "Elegance," and the title song, Dolly arranges marriages for three couples while winning the heart of her own perfect match, Mr. Vandergelder!
