The Ogden Nature Center is offering another Local Fare in the Field Dinner -- this time with a cowboy green cuisine twist! This event will feature food grown locally and prepared fresh at your table by local chef Arlan Gagestein of Peddlers Catering. Participants are asked to bring their own plates to cultivate stories around the dinner table and save on the use of paper products or rented dishes. Your plate will be rinsed clean and returned by the end of the evening.
