A series of 4 workshops co-sponsored by Viking Cooking School and Slow Food Utah that will take place throughout the year. Professional chefs from Viking Cooking School will teach you knife skills and other cooking techniques while showing you how to make seasonal meals that are quick, simple and delicious for your whole family! Be sure to take advantage of this amazing opportunity at an extremely discounted rate.
Join Wasatch Community Gardens and instructor Diane Sheya in the kitchen for some great summertime recipes that are fun for the whole family. This time we will be preparing a Vegetable Quinoa Pilaf, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables with a homemade vinaigrette, Fresh Green Salad with homemade Ranch Dressing and for desert an a Fresh Fruit Rustic Tart.
