This film uncovers the ferocious debate surrounding the education reform movement as it follows 4 Bronx and Harlem families in the months leading up to the lottery for the Harlem Success Academy. Their stories are woven throughout the film with interviews with politicians and educators explaining not only the crisis in public education but also why it is fixable.
