The Create with Clay workshops, held in Discovery Gateway's Studio 444, will be led by special guest artist, Margo Bryan-Petersen, the president of Clay Arts Utah. Margo has an MFA from the University of Colorado and a BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute. Under her direction, participants will learn basic techniques about working with clay and create their own clay sculpture. Sculptures will be fired and available for pick-up at Discovery Gateway the following week.

    Tickets:

    ticket price: $5/person for members, $7/person for non-members, or $15 for a family of 3+. Suggested age range: 5 and up. Museum admission not included. Sign up at the Admissions Desk or call (801) 456-5437 ext. 125 to register.
