Jonas Otsuji, a fourth generation Japanese American born in Hawaii, prides himself in the art of making sushi. Chef Otsuji apprenticed at the #1 rated sushi bar in Las Vegas, Sushi Roku. Because of popular demand, Jonas is teaching another class at the JCC. He will provide all the necessary tools and materials to make sushi. This will be focusing on making Te maki sushi (hand rolls), Ura maki (inside out rolls), and Futo maki (fat rolls)
