This classic smash comedy hit Blithe Spirit of the London and Broadway stages offers up fussy, cantankerous novelist Charles Condomine, recently re-married and haunted by his late first wife. The clever and insistent Elvira has been called up by a visiting happy medium, one Madame Arcati. Only some of the characters can see and hear Elvira, and as the personalities clash, Charles' current wife Ruth is accidentally killed. She, passes over, and joins Elivra. The two blithe spirits haunt the hapless Charles into perpetuity.
