With hundreds of heirloom varieties to choose from, and seed catalogs arriving in the mail daily, it's time to stop being overwhelmed and start choosing seeds that are not only well suited for our climate and strong producers, but delicious too. Once we have discussed what seeds to choose and why, we will get a hands-on seed starting lesson from Sharon Leopardi from BUG Farms. She will show us how she starts her indoor harvest and outdoor summer annual starts. Plus, she will show us around her growing operation at Mountain Valley Seed Company, and tell us how to create something similar at home
