    Louisa May Alcott was a self-trained and successful writer. Dr. Suzanne Lundquist of BYU will talk about Alcott the author and about her exceptional literary success beyond Little Women. Dr. Lundquist will also discuss how Alcott used her role as a writer to advance issues dear to her like Abolitionism and women's rights.
